"Nicole was great right from the beginning. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I firmly believe that she did everything in her power to make sure we got this house. She knew exactly how to handle the appraiser and came armed with a slew of comps to support the valuation. Nicole made us close to the seller who had just lost her husband and was the reason the seller chose to sell to us. In addition to all of this, she introduced us to a neighborhood of unbelievable people and her family is now one of our closest friends."
